We know how excited you are for your little bundle of joy to arrive, and before you know it, your pregnancy will be over. You’ll want to remember every moment, the glow of your skin and hair, the little kicks, rolls, and giggles, and the excitement as you anticipate this next big adventure. Additional Information:

Maternity sessions are not time based but we thrive to create unique pictures . Sessions can take around 2-4 hours depending on your package and preferences. 



Add-Ons:

$75 - Each additional edited picture

$50 - Special Saree draping including different styles for Indian traditional sessions

$100 - Each additional setup/theme 

$500 - Entire unedited photo dump

$100 - Special Butterfly or AI Background Edits

Proofs sent in 1 week, once you choose your favorites, it takes up to 4 weeks to deliver the edited pictures .

Absolutely No filming in studio or when posing outdoors. 

Entire session amount is due at session time.

Late arrival charges - $100 per 30 minutes

No refund on booking fees, can be used towards next session if need to cancel. 



Cooperation - The Photographer is not responsible if the client or child fails to cooperate during portrait sessions. The photographer is not responsible for undesired child mannerisms not limited to things such as: type of smile, crying, shyness, grumpy, non-cooperation, or refusal to take photos.


Clients are responsible for reviewing and finalizing their image selections within 2 weeks after proofing gallery delivery. Due to the nature of digital storage, images are archived for a limited period only. If selections are not finalized within this timeframe, the studio cannot guarantee long-term availability of files.


In the unlikely event that images are lost, damaged, or destroyed due to circumstances beyond our control—including but not limited to technical failure, equipment malfunction, data corruption, fire, natural disasters, theft, or acts of God—the studio’s liability shall be limited to a refund of any payments made for the affected portion of the services. The studio shall not be held responsible for replacement or recreation of images.


Maternity and newborn sessions are time-sensitive and cannot be recreated. Clients are strongly encouraged to finalize their selections promptly and download their images for personal safekeeping once delivered.


Final images will be shared in google drive and will be kept for maximum 10 days for you to download , pictures will be deleted from drive post 10 days. Recovery post 10 days may be available but not guaranteed. Recovery cost is $300.

Other Things to Keep in Mind

Please bring baby shoes , ultrasound or baby outfits if you want them to be included in photos . 

Bring your properly moisturized hands and legs .. just a reminder as it’s hard to keep up with pregnancy . 

Neutral undergarments and tummy tucker (can be provided at studio too)

White shirt with blue jeans work for husbands and a blazer. 

Please do good makeup covering entire neck and deep neck to avoid skin color difference in final portraits with off shoulder gowns, if applicable .  

Bring your jewelry that you want to wear with gowns , mostly a sleek chain or long earrings work good. 

You guys can bring your wedding rings for poses if you want to include in posing . Please message me if you have additional questions.

Shikha was fabulous to work with for our maternity photos. She responded to our inquiry within the hour and got us scheduled as soon as she could.
