Additional Information:

  • $75 - Each edited additional picture
  • Proofs sent in 1 week, once you choose your favorites, it takes up to 2 weeks to deliver the edited pictures .
  • Absolutely No filming in studio. 
  • Entire session amount is due at session time.
  • Late arrival charges - $100 per 30 minutes
  • No refund on booking fees, can be used towards next session if need to cancel. 
  • Reschedule 24 hours prior to avoid full session charges. If cancelled less than 24 hours, entire session amount is due at scheduled time . amount can be used for next session. 
  • Cooperation - The Photographer is not responsible if the client fails to cooperate during portrait sessions. The photographer is not responsible for undesired mannerisms not limited to things such as: type of smile, shyness, or refusal for guided posing.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and finalizing their image selections within 2 weeks after proofing gallery delivery. Due to the nature of digital storage, images are archived for a limited period only. If selections are not finalized within this timeframe, the studio cannot guarantee long-term availability of files.
  • In the unlikely event that images are lost, damaged, or destroyed due to circumstances beyond our control—including but not limited to technical failure, equipment malfunction, data corruption, fire, natural disasters, theft, or acts of God—the studio’s liability shall be limited to a refund of any payments made for the affected portion of the services. The studio shall not be held responsible for replacement or recreation of images.
  • Final images will be shared in google drive and will be kept for maximum 10 days for you to download , pictures will be deleted from drive post 10 days. Recovery post 10 days may be available but not guaranteed.


Retouching Clause for Headshots

  • Each headshot session includes basic retouching to ensure you look polished while still maintaining a natural and authentic appearance. This includes adjustments such as:

• Skin smoothing (blemishes, stray hairs, minor skin tone corrections)

• Teeth whitening

• Under-eye softening

• Light enhancements to brightness, contrast, and color balance

  • If you require extensive retouching—such as body reshaping, background replacement, or advanced edits—this will be billed separately at a standard rate of $75 per image.
  • All retouching is done with care to preserve your unique features and ensure the final image represents the best version of you.
  • Turnaround time for final retouched headshots is typically 3–5 business days from the date of advanced edit details.
